Responsibilities
Human
Resources Support To Senior Management
· Help establish human resources objectives in line with company
strategic and organizational objectives
· Provide human resources advice and counsel to the senior management
group in areas of employee motivation, employee retention, performance
management, benefits, and compensation in accordance with our core values
· Support senior management by researching, developing, writing, and
updating policies, procedures and guidelines in accordance with our core
values
· Develop and implements employee feedback surveys and assists with the
development of employee communication plans
· Report to the Chief Financial Officer
Human Resources Support To Operational Managers
· Provide human resources guidance and coaching to operational managers
in a decentralized human resources framework
· Support in areas of recruitment including helping with writing job
postings, placement of ads, interviews and screening
· Support in areas of employee orientation, training, discipline and
employment standards
· Manage all disability claims and planned leaves
· Provide support in areas of employee/supervisor disputes
· Coordinate career/performance reviews, compensation systems, and
training
· Liaise with the Accounting Manager and Safety Officer
