Responsibilities

Preparation of proposal submissions;

 Initial project planning including scope definition and execution planning;

 Establishment of the project codes of accounts and reporting requirements;

Preparation of project schedules at all levels;

Project change orders and follow-up negotiations;

Review/analysis of contractor bids;

 Preparation of fair price estimates, monitoring and reporting on contractor progress and subsequent review and approval of contractor progress payment certificates; analysis and resolution of contractor claims, planning and scheduling pre-commissioning activities;

Minimum Requirement

To succeed in this role, it is expected that you will possess a minimum of 5 years experience within the Project Controls/Services Function, specifically within the Petrochemical sector. A background in functions such as Planning/Scheduling, Cost Control, Estimating, Risk Management or Project Accounting is expected. It is envisaged that you will possess either Diploma or Degree level Qualifications in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
